Are you someone who likes to represent young groups and want to use your trainer skills? At the Young Impact Academy you get the chance to gain trainer experience and you can follow extra trainer workshops for personal development.
Young Impact visits schools to give the whole school the project day of their lives! To realize this, they are looking for trainers who enjoy organizing this day. You are present from 08:00 in the morning to 14:00 - optionally up to max. 16:00) and then you give 2 workshops to young people. These workshops are broadly about: "stepping out of your comfort zone and working together", "which themes do they find important (climate, diversity, society, health and equal opportunities)".
Purpose of initial introduction and training
Introducing new trainers to Young Impact and how our Take Over Workshop works. Of course it is also a time to meet and celebrate the start of their coaching at Young Impact.
